OJSC UniCredit Bank is in a top-5 in rating of service quality of the biggest retail banks in Ukraine according to the “Expert” magazine version.

OJSC UniCredit Bank gets into top 5 of the retail banks for service quality, according to the results of the banking service survey, conducted by “Expert”
25 financial institutions with the biggest portfolio of credits to private individuals took part in the survey. Banks were ranked against 4 point scale, where is 0 – lack of service and 4 – excellent service.
Magazine “Expert” used the following criteria for development of service rating of the biggest Ukrainian retail banks: design and comfort of the branch, presence of advertising booklets and information about services; affability and professionalism of the stuff, quality of consultation; queue management; additional service and cross-selling.
According to the CEO of the UniCredit Bank, Federico Russo, UniCredit Bank was ranked high thanks to professionalism of the stuff, service quality, the European-look, stylish, and comfortable branches. Mr. Russo highlighted that Bank is not going to stop on the reached level and will continuously improve branch service and please clients with innovative services and products.
