UniCredit: Moody's confirms the long and short-term rating and the outlook remains stable. Financial strength subjected to review

UniCredit announces that today the rating agency Moody’s, in a wider analysis involving Italian banking system, has confirmed the long-term and the shortterm UniCredit SpA ratings “Aa3/P-1.
The outlook remains stable. The Bank’s Financial Strength Rating (BFSR) is under review for possible downgrade.
At the same time Moody’s has reviewed the ratings of some Italian UniCredit Group subsidiaries. Both the list and the full text of Moody’s press release are available on the rating agency website.
