UniCredit Bank will change the phone number of Information Center
Starting from October, 14, 2009, due to change of diali of international and interregional telephone numbers in Ukraine, the telephone number of UniCredit Bank Information Centre will be changed too, namely:
- the first digit “8” will be changed to “0” (new format is 0 800)
- the last digit of the phone number will be deleted.
Therefore, the number of Informational Centre of UniCredit Bank 8-800-50-800-50 will be ñhanged to 0-8005-0-8005.
All phone calls done from land line phones on the territory of Ukraine are free of charge.
Information for the owners of payment cards of UniCredit Bank
The land line phone number for Client Support +38-044-585-89-85:
- for calls from abroad the phone number will remain the same +38-044-585-89-85;
- for calls within Ukraine the phone number will be changed to 044-585-89-85;
- for calls within Kiev the phone number will remain the same 585-89-85.
The phone number format is changed according to the Order of Ministry of Transportation And Connection of Ukraine dated September 29, 2008, N 1200 “ On approval of Plan of imlementing the new perspective system of numeration of telephone network for general usage in Ukraine”, registered by Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October, 22 under No 1014/15705.
