Loan type: term credit or credit line.

Loan currency: UAH.

Loan term: up to 6 years (in case of acquisition of real estate up to 10 years), but in any case shouldn’t exceed duration of the contract between Franchiser and Franchisee.

Repayment: monthly, annuity or standard scheme. Available grace period on principal is up to12 months.

Collateral: own property of the borrower and/or property which is bought on credit. Collateral must be insured in one of the insurance companies accredited by PJSC "Ukrsotsbank". Available non-revolving credit line for insurance payments.

Conditions of loan granting: franchising contract signed with the accredited Franchisor company, borrower’s own upfront starting from 30 %, the minimum amount of the loan from 50 000 UAH.
