To get any information in automatic mode you should:

• dial your payment card number on the phone panel: 16 digits on the face of the card;
• enter your birth date after the system runs. For example, March 1, 1977: 01031977.

For more information on the payment card you may not go back to the menu – the system will comply with your request without extra identification.

If you have any difficulty while obtaining information in automatic mode, you will be switched over to the operator. Good luck!
