Request of Balance on the Phone
Card-holders have the alternative opportunity to receive information on the balance on their card account without spending extra time and waiting for connection with the Contact Center operator.
To do so, choose Card Account Balance mode after listening Contact Center greeting then enter the card number and date of birth.
Voice menu will help you to orient in the sequence of your actions. If you use the service for the first time you can pre-listen rules of usage. If you are an experienced user then you do not need to listen to all voice messages to the end. This system supports only tone mode.
How to change pulse into tone mode:
- Mobile phones automatically support tone mode and fixed phones require manual change of the mode. To do this, simply press "*". Some phones have a special tone-pulse switch button.
- If you have difficulties with the change procedure you will automatically be switched to the operator.
