** Floating interest rate is the rate that consists from two components. First is the changing basis that is revised once per year. This basis is the weighted average interest rate for deposits in national currency for the term up to 1 year that was attracted from population for the last 1 month. This rate is published by National bank. The second component is the bank margin.

Borrower’s Requirements:

applicants must have permanent residence and permanent employment in the same region of the bank branch where loan agreement will be signed;
applicants are aged 21 to 60.
Вank requirements for borrowers (e.g. sufficient solvency) should be met.

Other additional costs for the borrower:

collateral object insurance;
notarization of a security contract;
0.5%, min. 10 UAH., Max. 1000 UAH fee to transfer money to the auto dealer.

Traffic Police certificate concerning examination of the vehicle through the "Ukraine crime detection", "Interpol crime detection", "CIS crime detection", "Automatic Information Data System" databases;
Certificate on the vehicle registration (technical passport) must be permanent;
The technical expertise in the showrooms of authorized dealers is needed;
Assessment of the vehicle executed by accredited practitioners of valuation activities.
