Self-Service Zones

PJSC Ukrsotsbank constantly cares on improving the quality and convenience of service of its clients. Within the project on the introduction of new technologies and forms of service PJSC "Ukrsotsbank" created and constantly expanding networks of self-service zones. The aim of this project is to provide banking services around the clock and every day in the most convenient, simple and quick way. The self-service zones are decorated with the up-to-date equipment (ATM, ATM with deposit module, an information booth). We have organized a direct telephone communication with the Contact Center of the Bank and provided the necessary level of security and privacy. The number and range of services provided in the self-service zones constantly expanding.

Advantages:

  • constant access to the banking services — self-service zones work around the clock without breaks and weekends;
  • availability of deposit ATM and information booth:
  • the possibility to call to the Contact Center of PJSC "Ukrsotsbank" for free and get advice about any banking services;
  • no queues.

Services provided in the self-service zones:

  • cash withdrawal or replenishment of a card account with cash at once;
  • money transfer from card to card;
  • connection to SMS banking;
  • receiving a mini-statement on the card (the last 10 transactions);
  • receiving a statement on the card account;
  • the Oshchadny+ (Saving) account activation;
  • money transfer from and to the Oshchadny account;
  • PIN change;
  • purchase of recharge cards of mobile communication operators, providers of Internet services and IP-telecommunications;
  • Bank cards blocking;
  • re-issuance of the bank card;
  • receiving calculations and preliminary loan decision;
  • getting consultations and all the necessary information on the Вank’s products and services;
  • getting banking services through automatic menu of the Contact Center or the operator;
  • receiving information on the addresses of all branches and ATMs etc.

Example of usage of self-service zone:

How to replenish card account quickly?
  • Insert the card into the card reader, select the language and enter your PIN-code
  • Select the “Account replenishment” menu put the necessary amount of cash into the reception and select “Confirm”

Your funds will be instantly accepted to your card account.

Landline calls within Ukraine are free
Number for mobile calls in Ukraine. Tariffs of operators:
for subscribers of MTS company: price per one minute of talk is set in accordance to tariff plan used by subscriber and rates as a call to a landline phone within Ukraine;
for subscribers of Kyivstar company: 0.27 UAH for connection, 1.00 UAH per minute (+ Pension Fund fee);
for subscribers of Life:) company: 1,06 UAH per minute + tax;
for subscribers of Beeline company: 0,95 UAH per minute.
For international and domestic calls
According to this currency rate also recalculation of operations made in currency that differs from currency of card account is performed.
