2001 – Bank’s first steps in development and introduction of factoring products and development of factoring market in Ukraine.

2002-2003 – Ukrsotsbank holds dominant position and popularizes factoring services at Ukrainian market.

2004 – Introduction of specialized software product for servicing factoring transactions. Continuing dynamically growing and developing bank actively carries out work on factoring product line increasing.

2005 – Ukrsotsbank becomes the first Ukrainian bank-member of Factors Chain International – the leading factoring association which provides factoring services in many industrially developed countries of the world that allows our bank of proposing clients highly effective solutions of international factoring

2006 – Reinforcing dominant positions at factoring market in Ukraine and active development of international factoring transactions.

2007 – Volume of international factoring transactions of Ukrsotsbank reaches MUAH 20, volumes of transactions at internal market amount MUAH 3 185 (around 455) keep Ukrsotsbank the leader among Ukrainian factors.

2008 – Development of world financial crisis leaded to decrease of factoring transactions because of significant reduction of volume of exchanges and migration to prepayments instead of delay of payment

2009-2010 – In spite of financial crisis Ukrsotsbank supports actively clients who needs working capital financing, and is carrying out work directed at establishing closer relations with debtors. Guideline – cash collection improvement, increase in collection volume, decrease in maturity, also effectiveness increase in receivables management that is directed at consumers’ cost reduction, serving their working capital and ensuring maximum efficiency (for them) from disposition of factoring services.
