According to Ukrainian legislation companies which sell goods for cash should use special cash registers. Cash registers must be registered in local Tax departments, special fiscal reports are necessary too. The Bank offers to collect cash payment from your customers (individuals or legal entities) using our branch network. Company will receive such payment to current account in cashless form.

Special agreement regarding this service describes main conditions: common level of fee, addresses of the bank branches (link), term of money incoming, etc.

Some conditions of service:

Term of payments incoming to corporate client's account:

cash payments up to 16-00 (Kiev time) - incoming D+0

cash payments later on 16-00 (Kiev time) - incoming D+1

• Form of commission payments
• commission is paid by payer
• commission is paid by recipient based on monthly bill
• sum of payment are decreased by commission sum

The Bank provides special reports regarding this service – roll pf cash payment per day. We propose to send electronic reports to your corporate e-mail once a day or every 2 hours.

Format of electronic report. UniPay service.

Name of file: prefix DDMMYYYY.NNN. Description of format:

• prefix – character field ( from 1 to 256 symbols )
• DD – date of payments
• MM- month of payments date
• YYYY- year of the payments date
• NNN – ordinal number of message within one date

Framework of information fields - CSV format (text field with separator ‘;’ ).

List of information fields:

• № пп. (ordinal number of information field )
• № (number of payment from UniPay database)
• Name and surname of payer
• Amount of payment
• Amount of fee
• Amount for transfer
• Documents on cash payment (bill)
