Bank consults and provides written consent regarding attraction loans, credits, repayable financial aids in foreign currency from non-resident (bank, Mother Company, individuals an so on). You may transfer attendance of loan from other banks to Ursotsbank and promptly receive consent in written form.

Notes:

According to Ukrainian legislation, loans in foreign currency as well as financial aid from non-resident could be used only for purpose, defined in loan agreement.

Loan agreements from non-resident must be registered by National Bank of Ukraine. Bank should give preliminary consent to the Client, after that Client may change bank, which service loan from non-resident. On the monthly basis bank forms special reports to the NBU regarding attended loans from non-resident.
