It’s possible to get information about your current account also by the telephone. The Bank provides following type of information:

• brief intraday statement;
• full intraday statement;
• full statements for the previous period(full/debit/credit);
• statement from the time of last entrance to system.

Facsimile telegraph messages are available also.

How to connect:

1. Please apply to branch of Ukrsotsbank that serves your current account.
2. Fill in the application form and give it to your RM.
3. Receive the number for access, personal ID code and password.
4. In order to receive information, please call to special number, insert your system code, password and code to the service. System pronounces required information.

Fees :

• Voice information — 20 UAH monthly.
• Facsimile telegraph messages — 30 UAH monthly.
